Thanks for visiting, my name is Alex Pavlenko, and here is a little more about me.
I immigrated to the USA with my parents when I was just 9 years old. I started my entrepreneurship journey in Middle Schoool by going around my neighborhood and knocking on neighbors’ doors to see if I could mow their lawns. With an interest in Business and my parent’s advice to get a college education, I attained a Bachelor of Business Administration from WSU Vancouver. After graduation, I realized that it takes a different set of skills to start and run a small business. With the goal of getting that kind of experience, I decided to try to start a few businesses such as Blinds Northwest, Presso Coffee Co, Columbia Collective (Coworking space sold to a local commercial developer. You can read about that here.), and an owner and host of Clark County Guide a hyperlocal community resource to top places in Clark County, WA. With my podcast, I hope to inspire you and help you to realize your full potential.
I don’t have all the secrets to living a successful life. But I’m happy to share the things that I’ve learned until now from working with high-performing people, my mentors, reading books, and my own personal experience.
I started my first business in 2005. And I must say, it’s not easy to stay productive, motivated, and grow your business but it’s worth it! I believe that when you actualize your dreams and give back to the community you are able to help others live out their dreams.
